How Sabimee works

Your customers talk. Sabimee understands, answers and gets it done.

Sabimee sits between your customers and your business on WhatsApp. It understands what each customer wants, answers from your business's approved information, and carries out the tasks you've set it up to handle.

What happens to every message

The same six steps, whether a customer types or, as voice becomes available, sends a voice note.

  1. The customer speaks or types

A question, a request or a voice note, sent to your business on WhatsApp.

  2. It reaches your WhatsApp number

Your business's own number. Customers talk to you, not to a shared bot.

  3. Sabimee understands the request

It works out what the customer wants: a price, a booking, an order, a payment.

  4. It checks your business knowledge

Your services, prices, hours, stock and policies — only what you've given it.

  5. It carries out the approved task

Records an appointment request, looks up an order, or sends a reminder you asked for.

  6. The customer gets an answer

A clear reply in the same conversation, and a record of it for your business.

Getting started

Set up by conversation, not by forms.

You don't need to learn AI to use Sabimee. Sabimee learns your business.

  1. Start a conversation

Setting up Sabimee happens on WhatsApp. It asks about your business, one question at a time.

  2. Tell it what it needs to know

Your services and prices, opening hours and stock. Policies and other details are added to your business information separately and stay under your control.

  3. Customers message your number

Sabimee answers them from what you've provided, and handles the tasks you've approved.

  4. Keep it up to date by message

Price changed? Closing early on Friday? Tell Sabimee in a message and it answers with the new information.

You stay in control

  • Sabimee answers from the information you provide. If it hasn't been told, it says so.
  • Some decisions stay with you. For example, a customer can ask for an appointment, but only the business confirms it.
  • Reminders go out when you ask Sabimee to send them.
  • Conversations are recorded for your business, and kept separate from every other business.

Let your customers talk to your business.

Tell Sabimee about your business once. It answers your customers on WhatsApp from then on.
