Business Brain

Sabimee knows your business because you told it.

The Business Brain is how Sabimee understands each request and decides how to answer it — always from the information your business has provided, never from guesswork.

What you give Sabimee

Prices, services, opening hours and stock can be updated by sending Sabimee a message on WhatsApp. Policies aren't set or changed by chat message: the wording your business approves is added to your business information separately, and stays under your control.

  • Services and prices

What you sell or offer, and what it costs.

  • Opening hours

When you're open, and when you're not.

  • Stock

What's available, so customers get a straight answer.

  • Policies and information

Location, payment, delivery and the questions customers always ask.

How it decides what to say

  1. 1. Understand

Work out what the customer is asking for: information, a booking, an order, a payment.

  2. 2. Look it up

Find the answer in your business's approved information and records.

  3. 3. Answer, or say so

Reply with what it found. If there's nothing to go on, say it doesn't know rather than invent an answer.

Controlled responses, not creative ones

A business can't afford an assistant that invents a price or promises something you don't offer. Sabimee is designed around approved information and controlled responses:

  • Answers come from the knowledge, policies, procedures and content your business has provided and approved, within the controls set for your business.
  • When Sabimee doesn't have the information, it tells the customer so.
  • Business decisions, such as confirming an appointment, stay with the business.
  • Each business's knowledge is its own and is never shared with another business.
  • Your policies and terms stay yours. Sabimee doesn't write, change or set them through conversation; it answers from the version you've approved.
  • Sabimee answers questions about your business. It doesn't give legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.

Let your customers talk to your business.

Tell Sabimee about your business once. It answers your customers on WhatsApp from then on.
